Paper Labor

I've spent a lot of time this weekend with paper. My stock of picture clippings has been running low for quite some time; so, I spent the better part of the weekend replenishing it. This basically requires me pulling out all my magazines, new and old, and going through them to see if any of the images catch my eye. If one does I pull it out, trim it up and file it away lickety split.

It's the kind of work that tends to spread out as you do it. A couple hours in and I'd already moved from my craft table to the floor. I love how the pages look layered all on top of each other.

The Airman kindly took some pictures of me laboring. . .

. . . and finishing.

Hope you had a good weekend.

oh so good.
I've been working a few paper related project of my own. of a very different nature though. :)
i got your package in the mail today and i LOVE it! miss mary is hanging out on the mirror in the dining room right under my heart garland.
speaking of heart garlands. I made an entire one today...just for you. this package i'm putting together for you is growing rather rapidly. i should send it before it becomes a box full instead of a large envelope full. i've just got one more thing to finish up before i do.
this is a long comment. :) i miss you. and my perfect for crafting on piece of wood in these photos. *tear*
louella misses you terribly. oh and i will write you an email about "school". since you're interested. three year olds already go to preschool! can you believe it?!? it's wrong...

looks very cool, the thing about it is you get to be messy when you are creating, just like cooking or bakeing.
